If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule or modify your appointment to avoid disruption to other clients; please be aware that cancellation fees may incur.
We love and appreciate every client that chooses to support Brown Sugar Nail Spa! Although we allow walk-ins, scheduled appointments have been implemented to reserve a spot exclusively for you. We understand and sympathize with clients’ schedule adjustments which is why we request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations, but late cancellations and/or no-shows greatly affect our staff as well as interfere with prospective clients interested in scheduling an appointment at the salon. We look forward to providing you with quality services at your appointment time and require that all clients have a credit card on file to comply with our cancellation policy.
For Non-Members -Brown Sugar Nail Spa reserves the right to charge for the service amount if appointments are not met and/or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellation/No-Show fees are as follows:
Cancellations less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) total.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) total.
Appointments made within the 24-hour period must be cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) total.
For Members -Cancellation/No-Show fees are as follows:
Cancellations less than 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of (1) accrued service.
No-Shows will be charged (1) accrued package for each scheduled service.
